Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not permitted as we begin processing your order.

Refunds

We offer refunds only for damaged or defective products. To request a refund, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

 

Exchanges and Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.

Non-Refundable Items
